All unnecessary material is removed to minimise weight, whilst therefore retaining maximum strength and stiffness.The unique handlebar clamping allows full access to the stem body, to machine away all unnecessary material.Aluminium Tech:The Renthal Integra features a fully CNC machined 6082 T6 aluminium body and 7075 clamps. The materials and their heat treatment processes have been specifically chosen, to give the highest strength to weight ratio.Efficient Design:Steel hardware is a major factor in the weight of a stem. The Integra has reduced the required hardware to just six bolts, instead of the normal eight, to vastly reduce overall weight.Combined with a single piece stem body, the 64mm clamp width gives superior strength and structural stability.
